学生を強引勧誘 業務停止処分
英会話教室を経営する東京の会社が、就職活動中の学生にうその説明や強引な勧誘を行って高額な契約を結ばせていたとして、消費者庁は特定商取引法に 基づい て、新規勧誘などの業務を６か月間停止するよう命じました。

事前協議について About Jizen Kyogi Prior Consultation
１ 会社は、〇〇〇執行委員長の解雇を撤回し、解雇した日から復職の日までの間のバックペイを支払うこと。

２ 会社は、学校間の配置転換、職位変更、日程変更など、組合員の従来の契約内容・労働条件を変更する場合、事前に時間的な余裕をもって組合ならびに支部に通知し、協議をすること。
Company inform the union and branch well in advance of any changes to working conditions, terms of employment, including transfers between schools, position changes, and schedule changes. The bank negotiate with union and branch before implementing any such changes.
３ 会社は、組織再編などを行う場合、事前に組合ならびに支部に通知し、協議をすること。

４ 会社は、組合員の解雇、配転、転勤、出向、昇格、降格、処分等については、事前に当労働組合ならびに支部に通知し、協議をすること。

7 会社は、〇〇〇〇組合員の２００７年９月と１０月の未払い賃金を支払うこと。
